Background	Lab 12 was working using a barrage of super high-tech scanners on an array of magical items to see if they could detect anything different about them scientifically. Lab 13 was working on an experimental humanoid robot. During Lab 12 experiments, one piece began to absorb energy from the scanning beams. It disrupted the lab systems and absorbed the alien technological energy - more and more filled it until it released it all in a single burst directly at Lab 13, and into the robot. It became alive and sentient at that time -- and took out the surviving lab technicians and escaped. Since then it has been on a rampage seen throughout the Rogue Isles, Atlas Park, Kings Row, and Skyway City. The droid is now capable of casting dark spells. It is wanted for at least 3 bank robberies, over 75 assaults on law enforcement officers, and over 200 counts of vandalism and wanton destruction. His appearance changes --- It is suspected that he has a way of temporarily modifying his physical structure. Or perhaps has spare limbs that he attaches as the need arises. His wings and horns were NOT part of his original design. Is it an artificial intelligence that works magic? Most magic users say that is impossible. But they don't know WHAT artifacts were involved. There is a suspicion that a entity of pure chaos was released or summoned by the intersection of high technology and strong magics. ONLY time will tell.
Notes	I decided after get Omegea to level 14 to try a mix of tech and magic in this form -- and liked it so much he quickly past the earlier fallen god. I hope to make him the God of Chaos in the group.
